RETURNS POLICY
Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with an item ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.
In compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations we are only able to accept the return of earrings if they are faulty.
We would advise that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, in case the item is lost in transit.
Faulty Goods
Please notify us as soon as possible if the goods are faulty and then return the item so that we can provide a replacement or refund along with your postage costs where applicable.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in stock we will try to restock the item as soon as possible. We will clearly state an item is SOLD OUT in the description. In the event of the item not being available for purchase from our suppliers we will refund you in full.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will refund your payment.

The colours of the products may vary slightly this is due to the digital imagery used.
Handbags
The handbags are mainly in a vintage reproduction style. They are selected for their uniqueness, individuality and the high quality of materials used.
Jewellery
The jewellery comes from all over of the world. There is natural shell from Bali, necklaces from Hong Kong and earrings from Peru. They are selected for their eye catching and unusual designs and most come in a beautiful organza gift bag.
Please note that all jewellery is costume jewellery made from gold or silver coloured metals.
Cards
The cards are handmade using a variety of fabrics and materials e.g. felt, gingham, denim, diamante crystals, threads and beads. Some of the cards are hand stitched adding to the individuality of the designs.
PRIVACY POLICY
Dizzy Diva does not disclose buyers' information to anyone. Any details submitted to this site will not be passed onto third parties.
